Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Royal Emerging website (royalemerging.com), our SaaS products (including RE Management), interactive tools, or engaging our professional services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and any other persons who access or use our services.

Royal Emerging provides the following categories of professional and digital services:

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for custom projects are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements signed between Royal Emerging and the client.

• Project-Based Services: Custom development and marketing projects require a minimum 50% upfront deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as defined in the project agreement.
• SaaS Products: RE Management and other digital products are sold as one-time licenses or subscription-based plans. Pricing is clearly stated on the respective product pages and confirmed in writing before purchase.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, online payment gateways, and international wire transfer. Payment terms are specified in the invoice.
• Late Payments: Invoices overdue by more than 15 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month. Royal Emerging reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.

All content on the Royal Emerging website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and tool interfaces — is the exclusive property of Royal Emerging and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use Royal Emerging's services, website, or products for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, or database connected to our services
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Royal Emerging software or SaaS product
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our products or tools without written authorization
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or any technology that could harm our infrastructure
• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from our website without explicit consent

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Emerging and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party actions, integrations, or services used in conjunction with our products

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Royal Emerging in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Custom Projects: Refunds are available within 7 days of deposit payment, provided no development work has commenced. Once development begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
• SaaS Products: One-time license purchases are non-refundable after installation and deployment. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; the service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Digital Marketing: Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Cancellation requires 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds for partially completed billing periods.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Good-faith discussions between the parties within 30 days of the dispute arising.
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation under mutually agreed terms.
3. Arbitration: As a final resort, binding arbitration shall be conducted in Lahore, Pakistan, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.

Royal Emerging reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent banner on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
